In case you are wondering…..these are almost exactly like my other peppermint cookies….just with white chocolate. And boy are they super yummy 🙂
I really love holiday baking. Life just got a little crazy this year. Traveling, working and completing phase 1 of the kitchen renovation. So I’m glad I was able to do even a little bit to share with my team at work and a few friends. Maybe on Christmas I’ll do another Buche De Noel. Any flavor suggestions?
- 1/4 cup White Sugar
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup Butter, softened
- 1 package Hershey’s White Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 cups Flour
- 1/2 cup crushed Candy Cane
- 1 cup Peppermint Oreos, broken into big chunks
- 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a stand mixer mix the sugars and butter until it forms a grainy paste. Add the pudding, vanilla and eggs. Mix well.
Add the baking soda, salt and flour. Mix until you have a thick cookie dough. Use a big spoon or your hands to mix in the candy cane and Oreos and white chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop or a small spoon to measure out cookie dough into 1 inch balls on a cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Serve them up to friends and family and enjoy! Happy holidays!!
