Purple Hunger-Beater Smoothie

Here is quick lunch time recipe!!

We’ve started coming home for lunch lately to hang out with the new puppy and we’ve been doing sandwhiches mostly. But to mix it up every once and a while we’ve made some pretty tasty smoothies!!!

We had bagels at a meeting so we didn’t add oats to this one…..but that would help keep you more full even longer! Just grind up a half cup of oats before blending all the other ingredients.

Servings=3 Calories per serving = 210

  • 1 Cup Ice
  • 2 Bananas
  • 6 oz Blackberries
  • 4 oz Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 Cup Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Cups 2% Milk

Blend it all up and enjoy!!!
