Chicken and Broccoli Bake

Need a dinner in a pinch? Casseroles are certainly the way to go! This is super simple to throw together. And pretty yummy. You can use any type of “Cream of ___” soup. This time we did cream of celery, which has an interesting smell but it tastes ok. I think next time I will go for cream of potato.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 Can of Cream of (chicken, potato, mushroom, celery etc….)
  • 1 cup Mayo
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheese. I always like to use Colby Jack cheese. Split.
  • 1 Bag Frozen Broccoli, thawed.
  • 1 tsp Mustard Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 375. Leave 1 cup of cheese aside and mix all the rest of the ingredients together. Place mixture in a deep casserole dish. IMG_2167

Bake for 25 minutes. Top with the remaining cup of cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.

Cook up some rice with some butter and onion powder and serve!! I hope you enjoy it 🙂
